Bobby and his wife are amazing individuals!! I made the mistake of going to another joke of a place because ABR was booked for like 3 weeks that alone tells ya they have a lot of client's..anyway it was a mistake I should have waited I got burned by Harrell auto on peninsula rip off artist ...I stopped in n saw Bobby after and he fixed their screw ups right then and there for a fraction of what the cons charged ....I was so thankful and releaved he worked on my vehicle till after 9pm. You won't find anyone more honest, that truly appreciates their customers!! I'll never go elsewhere again I HIGHLY recommend 👌

By word of mouth, I was directed to ABR Automotive to have a transmission flush done on my Acura. The service I recieved was impeccable. The transmission fluid needed to complete the flush was on nationwide back order, and Amanda diligently kept up with Acura to make sure as soon as it was available, she had the amount needed for my car. Once acquired, and able to fit me into their schedule, I was lucky enough to be able to sit and chat with Amanda for the not even an hour before my service was completed. Bobby and Amanda do amazing work at ABR, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE and thoroughness shines above any other garage I have been to. Talking may not pay the bills, but my conversation with Amanda made my day. Thank you 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the greater erie area as a trustworthy garage and wonderful people
